Tiggelovend-Kok provides a designated contact person, who manages the project for you from A to Z and knows all the details. No need for you to talk to all kinds of subcontractors and to coordinate the entire project yourself.
We know which materials are required, we monitor the tight planning and we buy at very competitive prices. Only when we are sure that everything is perfect, are we happy to put our name to it.
Renovation
Sometimes an existing structure no longer meets the current requirements. A renovation with a structural alteration may provide a solution.
Our Engineering department makes accurate structural calculations, such as the load of the new construction on the existing foundation and on any new foundation. We take into account weight, use of materials and external circumstances. We provide a 3D presentation of the end result. Based on this diagram, we know exactly what we need.
We can manage the entire renovation project for you, so that you only need to communicate with one contact person during the renovation period. We take care of the contact with all the suppliers, we monitor the planning and guarantee a successful renovation.
Certifications
Fortunately, high demands are placed on quality and safety. Our steel workers have, of course, the required qualifications, for example, VCA (Safety, Health and Environment checklist Contractors), elevated work platform and fork-lift truck certificates. To guarantee the quality of our organisation, we are also ISO 9001 certified and our structural and welding quality is demonstrated by the fact that we are accredited to CE Standard EN 1090 execution class.
