From tinkering in the shed to welding on Saturdays, Anouk is right at home in the world of steel.

As a child, she used to tinker with technical projects with her father. Later, she creatively helped build parade floats with her parade group: ‘Creating something beautiful with limited materials is a real challenge!’

She is currently studying to become an All-round Construction Worker at the Anton Tijdink College in Terborg and works with us on Saturdays on all kinds of steel constructions. Next school year, she will be expanding that to three working days with us.

Her dream? To become a work planner. But first she wants to gain experience, she says matter-of-factly. And we are of course delighted about that, because Anouk is driven, eager to learn and brimming with talent.
