Ulft’s showpiece: the DRU Industrial Estate. An old and dilapidated site, where the factories of the DRU iron foundry once stood, has been completely renovated and turned into a modern industrial complex. An industrial estate, where people like to live, work and relax. With respect for their past, the beautiful, old factory buildings have received a contemporary industrial look and have been given a new purpose.

Commissioned by the Municipality of Oude IJsselstreek and several contractors, Tiggelovend-Kok has carried out a number of works on this site. For instance, the signposting on the estate and the manufacture of the signposts. We have also disassembled authentic elements of the iron foundry and restored them with great attention for detail in our own workshop, after which we returned them to the DRU industrial estate where they will serve as splendid eye-catchers for many years to come.
